A few months ago I went to shoot the âbeforeâ refurbishment shots of gastro pub, The Beeches in Ashby de la Zouch in Leicestershire. This week it was time for the âafterâ imagery which was a treat to capture due to the luxurious fabrics and beautiful colour scheme. The interior designers clearly knew what they were doing with warm woodland colour palettes creating a modern yet relaxed atmosphere.
PimpArtworks are a local company who think out of the box when it comes to contemporary wall mounted pieces of print. They create super cool wall prints and currently launching a new product including classic quotes from all time favourite films.

Last week I commissioned by Paul at the Wonderstuff Studio to capture reflective imagery of the eatery and delicatessen Olive and Bean in Newcastle city centre. I was really looking forward to seeing the variety of colours in the food  and drink produce and the interior design.
The images were for a a fab new website that Wonderstuff are designing and as you can see from this selection of images it is warm, inviting and hugely supportive of local fresh produce. It looked so good that I actually went back with friends to try the well recommended afternoon tea. We ate until we felt nauseous!

Bigger, brighter and bolder, Sarah Deane Photographic now has a new studio premises. Whilst the last studio was great for product shots it could be a little tight with a family of 10! So new studio space allows for swinging cats and more space to have a lot more fun!!

Wow, well this was one of the most exciting shoots I have ever done! Last week at dawn I arrived in Corbridge mine just before a convoy of brand new Komatsu models came in as flashy & sparkley as a mobile disco. The weather was stormy but with a lot of scrabbling around up & down hills and face fulls of dirt & grit, the bursts of sunshine were long enough to give fabulous backdrop to the beautiful new machines. I was hugely excited about getting arty with these huge beasts so see what you think….
