Caledonian Brewery Cask Ale ‘Hero’ Photography

Well Monday entailed yet another sunny afternoon spent in a pub! But not guzzling pints, just making them look pretty! Caledonian had asked ND Creative to add some hero shots to the Cask Ale document they were designing. So I went to a fab little pub in Ponteland to elbow the locals out of the way at the bar and get the shots that make your mouth water.

Heineken’s Pub Life shoot for Sports 2012

On the run up to all things wonderful and British this summer as well as celebrating the Royal Jubilee & Kate & Will’s 1st wedding anniversary there is a big sports focus on the 2012 Olympics and the European Football Championships.

Heineken knows that all Scottish and Newcastle lessees need to be riding on the custom this can bring to their pubs. So off I trotted to Nottingham to capture a sports themed set of images for the Pub Life quarterly. Luckily the sun shone giving the images an optomistic feel for pub garden fun this year….

Theatre Royal Pasqualino’s food photography.

This week I had the pleasure of working with Hannah Griffith, Cristina De Giorgi and her head chef Sam at Paqualino’s at the Theatre Royal.

I had several dishes to capture for their hospitality brochure which will promote corporate events, hospitality and weddings too. What an amazing venue to get married in! Apparently the theatre stage is an option for the service…. imagine that! For more info on the hospitality or new weddings services go to http://www.theatreroyal.co.uk/your-visit/food-and-drink

The refit of this bistro interior was delivered by Reluctant Hero and it looks amazing! To see more please visit http://www.reluctanthero.co.uk/889

Heineken New Beer Fonts, Food and Drink Photography

I shot these mouth watering beer fonts for Fosters and Strongbow at the Heineken UK HQ the other week. I just loved the rich colours of the Fosters brand and the condensation through the macro lens just makes you want a pint! Is it beer-o-clock yet?

Olive & Bean Eatery, Newcastle Food and Drink and Interiors Photography

Last week I commissioned by Paul at the Wonderstuff Studio to capture reflective imagery of the eatery and delicatessen Olive and Bean in Newcastle city centre. I was really looking forward to seeing the variety of colours in the food  and drink produce and the interior design.

The images were for a a fab new website that Wonderstuff are designing and as you can see from this selection of images it is warm, inviting and hugely supportive of local fresh produce. It looked so good that I actually went back with friends to try the well recommended afternoon tea. We ate until we felt nauseous!
